Steve Tromans Axis Point (Eight Views of a Similar Object)

Eight Views of a Similar Object is a new work in eight parts by Birmingham-based musician, Steve Tromans, mixing influences from rock, gospel, Indian classical, hip-hop, jazz and funk. Written specially for Tromans’ latest band project, Axis Point, each of the eight new pieces reflects aspects of each of its others, bringing a shared musical object(ive) into collective focus, not directly heard but sensed through the interconnections that resonate.
